Thanks, so TP is only on Fm? I seem to remember it being on DAB on my previous cars (Golfs). Will try though…

So…..do I take it then that this TP traffic programme function SHOULD be working on my Karoq, and that the tale I have been told about the firm providing the service has gone bust is simply not true???????

Hi All. My 2022 Karoq will not receive 99% of the traffic reports out there. Yes the TP is switched on....I DO get the odd traffic update from local radio, but these are few and far between. The TP function has worked very well on all the previous cars I have had (including two Golfs) so why is it not working on the Karoq? As it IS receiving the odd reprt on local radio the system is out there...why is it not coming through all the time? Any ideas? Thanks

Hello all. I think I might be over complicating things. I want the local radio traffic news to come on, interrupting what I might have on the radio. Nothing to do with maps or re- routing. This is the TP function. It's in the top of the radio screen. It's on or off, set in settings. It's this bit that I want on, but it only works every month or so, no real pattern. Any ideas why?

I’m a bit confused here, being a non tech person. All this about TMC etc, grey lines through things. My previous 2 previous Golfs AND my present 2022 Karoq have a TP indicator on the sat Nav screen. This could be switched on and off in settings, depending on whether you want the local radio traffic reports or not. So it’s this function that is working a tiny bit, I.e the odd traffic report but little more. So the system isn’t switched off - if it was I wouldn’t get anything. as I said, any ideas what is going on?

The TP function on my 2022 Karoq has never worked well. I do get the occasional traffic update from local radio, but for 99% of the time there is nothing coming through the airways. what is going on?
