  1. Auto lock issue

    We have been quoted £950 to repair both doors as our 2019 Karoq is out of warranty. I have asked the dealership for a detailed analysis of what the issue is and so far haven't received much back other than being informed that both locks are faulty. Sorry to hear that Clare. We had a similar problem which involved calling the fire brigade who had to smash the passenger window (AA breakdown estimated nearly a 90min wait which we couldn't do with our toddler in the car).
