    hello and thanks for reply. No Eml or epc light on, only stored in memory something about catalytic converter, gonna post to see exactly what is said. the cat box is now empty. gonna check for what you said, what is weird is that the car runs on lpg and petrol with different injectors and on both fuels it does exactly the same.

    Thank you, gonna try tommorow. ive checked it but first the crank and then the camshaft and vice-versa.

    They are sealing properly, its the 2nd time ive tried it.

    ok so lets say that vcds is not correct. i ve also check the temp with laser thermometer and temps are like the ones in vcds..

    cat box is empty. no catalytic converter at this time, trying to solve the issue. i don’t think its normal to get up to 900 degrees. that’s what im thinking about but i don’t know where to start

  12. Fabia MK2 1.2 6V CHFA red manifold

    Sorry for bringing up this topic but i have a really bad problem. CHFA engine heat the catalytic converter from the manifold to the flexible part of the exhaust like hell. Runs on idle at 600C degrees and in roll above 800C degrees at 2000-2500rpm. The engine works and sound great. Managed to do some work, rebuild cylinder head, new head gasket, new valves, new timing chain, new coils and spark, new Lambda sensors, changed the catalytic converter and still does the same. i really don’t know what to do. car runs on aftermaket landi renzo LPG and petrol. both fuels heat up the catalytic converter. exhaust is not blocked. I really left up of ideas, don’t know what to do next.
