Update to this Discovered this morning that the centre console button would sometimes (not every time) lock all doors when the engine is running and having locked and unlocked it a few times it now locks and unlocks with the fob again as normal. Wondering if this could be a sticky relay or a bad connection somewhere.

Roomster 1.2 tsi 2012 Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about my central locking problem. I have searched the forums but not found the exact fault I am experiencing. Tailgate appears to work as normal but the other 4 doors do not lock. Drivers door can be locked with the key but the others remain unlocked. The fob can then be used to unlock the drivers door. A click can be heard on all 4 doors when trying to lock or unlock with the fob. The locking button on the centre console has no effect locking but unlocking triggers the same click in all doors. I have repaired a few wires previously in both front door gaiters but can't see anything currently broken. Windows working as normal. Open door indicator on the dash working as normal.
