Roomster 5J central locking problem

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about my central locking problem. I have searched the forums but not found the exact fault I am experiencing.

Tailgate appears to work as normal but the other 4 doors do not lock. Drivers door can be locked with the key but the others remain unlocked. The fob can then be used to unlock the drivers door. A click can be heard on all 4 doors when trying to lock or unlock with the fob. The locking button on the centre console has no effect locking but unlocking triggers the same click in all doors.

I have repaired a few wires previously in both front door gaiters but can't see anything currently broken. Windows working as normal. Open door indicator on the dash working as normal.

 

Got a friend to read the error codes which came back as below following a reset. Many thanks in advance for any advice.

Update to this

Discovered this morning that the centre console button would sometimes (not every time) lock all doors when the engine is running and having locked and unlocked it a few times it now locks and unlocks with the fob again as normal. Wondering if this could be a sticky relay or a bad connection somewhere.

Sounds to me like a sticky centre console button. Have you've spilt your coffee over it at some time?

Not I but it could well have something in there all the same. Might try taking it out and cleaning it. Thanks for commenting.
