Thank you. I have looked and this is the first time that's been mentioned on here . I tried the wriggling screwdriver in to rotate and unsurprisingly the plastic broke. The thing wouldn't turn in my fingers after that so that was never going to happen anyway. Silly skoda over engineering. So now I replace £££ or well I don't know. Will have a play after. Cheers all. Hi there, I know I'm replying to an old thread. Thank you for the pictures (v helpful) but I have one problem...the plastic hinge arm is currently in the closed and locked position on mine. Looking at your pictures my petrol cap needs to come off to allow the housing to come out to then change the actuator. Any ideas how to unlock it to do this? Tried locking/unlocking gentle pressing/hard slapping but nothing has worked. Cheers Dave
