Hi SerGer I had given up on resetting it, one morning out of the blue the infotainment started up fine. I'm not convinced my gremlins have gone but it is fine for the time being. I am still going to the dealer in June even if it is working. Sorry i cant be of more assistance.

Hi My Octavia 21 had OTA update from 1941 to 1989 in Feb 26. All was fine until beginning of April. I installed an application update, the next day i started having infotainment restarts followed with Emergency SOS unavailable and Park assist unavailable. I would only get the error messages when the SOS indicator turned from green to red. Tried holding infotainment power button for 15 seconds and disconnecting battery for a couple of hours. Problem persisted, booked into Skoda garage for 29th June, earliest appointment. Out of the blue on 28th April the infotainment started working as normal and has been fine since. Has anyone had similar issues recently? My infotainment has been pretty problem free since i purchased in 23 with the exception of the odd infotainment reset. Thanks
