Hi everyone, new here, have a 2017 Octavia for about 3 years. It’s on the below/attached firmware / SW MU version. 0363. I’ve been getting infotainment crashes and also issues with CarPlay (have googled a lot including this forum as it sounds like the problem could be one of multiple sources, really hard to tell). I’m keen to try an update to see if that helps. Can anyone help me identify how I can get this updated? The car says it’s got 0363-1 available. Is there a way I can do this myself? My closest dealer is 30 mins away but they haven’t responded to me so far on requests to do an update.
