    I have asked local Skoda dealer who asked the factory and after 2 weeks they stated that in cars which do not have multifunctional wheel it is not possible to change the layout of the digital display and the variant with a speedometer is selected. Skoda Scala Essence trim level for Eastern European countries does not include multifunctional wheel while in Western European countries it is included in Essence (lowest) trim level.
