Vehicle Details: • Make/Model: Skoda Octavia 2014 • Transmission: Automatic • Engine: 2.0 Diesel • Mileage: 249,264 km Issue: While driving, the glow plug warning light flashes, and the car loses power (no pulling). When I switch the engine off and back on, the car pulls normally for a couple of minutes, but the issue returns in couple of minutes. I’ve already replaced all 4 glow plugs around 2,000 miles ago. I’ve also replaced the fuel pump control module and fuel filter (ensured air was purged). Fault Codes: 1. P308D • Description: Fuel pump, engine speed too low • Control Unit: Engine control unit • Status: Pending 2. P263500 • Description: Fuel Pump “A” Low Flow/Performance • Control Unit: 01. Engine control unit • Status: Test failed (current drive cycle), Pending, Test failed since last DTC clear, Warning indicator requested • Additional Info: • Priority: 2 • Frequency: 9 • Engine RPM: 1332 • Calculated engine load value: 21.96% • Vehicle speed: 42 km/h • Coolant temp: 24°C • Oil temp: 29°C • Barometric pressure: 100 kPa • Voltage: 12V Work Already Done: • Replaced all glow plugs (2,000 miles ago) • Replaced fuel pump control module • Replaced fuel filter (air purged) Any suggestions on what could be causing this? Any help is appreciated!

Hi, sorry about that that fault came after cambelt replacement. First it would not start once a week now it does it every day couple of times. skoda octavia 2014, 2.0 diesel automatic elegance, 150k miles. Regarding the diagnostic tools its the garages heres a pic of it

Hi everyone thanks for all your reply. is it deffo the timing belt? As a garage replaced it back in april this yr. my car has 150k miles on. Replaced the camshaft sensor and now diagnostic show only o2 sensor faulty. Could it be also the crankshaft even tho its not showing on computer? could it be also the alternator or anything else? thank you very much everybody.

Does this mean that my timing belt is faulty ? This cant be as ive replaced timing belt 2-3 months ago

Currently diagnostic shows no faults could it still be the crankshaft even tho it shows no errors? also please what do you mean by Thank you

Hi everybody, I have a 2014 octavia automatic elegance. the issue i have is that it sometimes doesnt start on the first time. its not like in a certain weather or time of the day or anything it just doesnt start no matter how much ive drove it for. Sometimes even after driving it for 4-5 hours then it doesnt start. Its like it wants to start but mid way it stops. Diagnostic showed camshaft sensor faulty which i did replaced hoping its gonna fix the issue but the car still doesnt start on the first time. its driving me crazy lol any help would be much much appreciated thank you everybody

I’ve got the car a week ago. And steering feels stiff. In my previous octavia steering was very light. I’ve tried playing around with the steering (see pic) but then steering became much harder and reverted the settings. Just don’t know what numbers to insert or select to increase the support… Thank you
