  1. Apologies, it runs from right to left. I've just tried fuse position 18, it's inactive, fuse just wobbles in it. 14 and 19 appear to be active but you can't get a fuse into them, 17 is active with no fuse. So position 18 can't be it, because it's not an active slot. The plot thickens.
  2. I've just looked a the Mk2 manual on the Skoda Website and instead it shows the rear wiper fuse as position 18m one of the smaller ones. Again this doesn't appear to be assigned, I can't see metal connectors in it and the manual doesn't tell you what amp fuse it takes, these little ones appear to be 5 or 10 only. Any ideas? Thanks, yes just found this. Problem is the fuse position doesn't appear to be active, nor does it tell me what amp fuse it is. Also my fuse box is reversed to that one, it goes from left to right.
  3. Hi, I've got a 2011 Mk2 Octavia, the rear windscreen wiper isn't moving. Before replacing the motor I looked to see if the fuse for it had blown or been removed in the dash fuse box (driver's side, not behind the glove compartment. Looking in the manual, the rear wiper fuse position is 41, but space 41 itself appears to not be functional or assigned, the fuse just falls straight out of it. To add to the confusion, certain fuses appear to be fitted to active positions for items not fitted to the car, such as a fuse in the electric sunroof position. So the manual appears to differ from the car itself. Does anyone have a 2011 Mk2 Octavia diagram I can check it with, or know why the position for a fitted component isn't assigned? It's baffling me. Thanks in advance for any help.
  4. Hi, I've just purchased a MK2 Octavia SE Plus (2011), when driving on headlamps I noticed that the fuel warning light (yellow) on the Speedo came on when indicating, flashing at the same rate as the indicators. The light shouldn't be coming on at all when the fuel is over half a tank, so I thought that was a bit odd. After airing the car out all day, I've tried it again - it turns off along with the other lights when you turn the key one turn, when indicators are used it's off, but when the engine is started it blinks with the indicators. Any idea what could be causing this? I read a post mentioning it can be an issue with the lights when the car has been closed up for a long time and humid, this car hasn't moved much for a while. Any help appreciated.
