Hi I bought a new bcm (6q0937049f) many people told me that it doesn't matter if it comes from a 3 or a 5 door. today it arrived and i immediately tested it on the bench, the new bcm comes from a 3 door (mine is a 5) and therefore i mount it but it doesn't detect the opening of the rear doors, in fact the courtesy lights don't turn on and in vcds it indicates N/A in rear doors. someone told me that it needs to be coded..but nobody knows how the basic coding is 09358 on both bcm, the can coding is 00014 always on both. Someone are able to help me? Thanks

Hi, from italy. I've a 2006 polo 9n3 (same electronics of fabia mk1 and 5j pre face lift). I've install and coding a maxidot from fabia 2008 (5j0920841c). All work but i've 2 error in abs modul. I suspect is because the new cluster work with canbus 1.6 and not with k line like the original one. (Maxidot is crypted eeprom, but mine original one is not). I suspect the problem is my BCM (6q1937049 D), and i think i need to change it with a new one 6q1937049 F. Need your opinion and help 🙏🙏 thank you

I don't know if it's relevant to the topic, I have a fabia/roomster speedometer from which I have to read the eeprom to match it to my car, but the classic vag commander doesn't seem to work. Do you know by any chance how to read the eeprom to extract the pin? Thanks

Hello everyone 🖐️ I'm writing from Italy and I have a 9n3 polo. I know it shares almost everything with a Skoda, but I'm not sure about that model, so if I'm not right please move, or tell me where and I'll repost. The question I wanted to ask is: my car (1.4 tdi 80hp Sportline) had 256mm brakes and drums as standard; I currently have a big brake conversion at 312mm Ibiza 6L Cupra (monopot) and 272mm Audi S1. I am further increasing to go on the track with 323mm Brembo Alfa Big 4pot and 280mm Touareg Brembo 2pot. I certainly imagine I will have problems with the ABS, so I wanted to ask if anyone has ever recoded the ABS 8.0 and which encoding he used (I have vcds). I ask because I wouldn't want to have problems breaking the pump. Attached photo of my abs control unit. Thank you all so much in advance 🙏

so doing a search I found another old post and to have the lighting you just need to add a pin to the +12v from j519. XS1/2 -----> +12V

Edit: I disconnected my ecu and my tacho and mounted it on the bench, same thing as the test one: malfunction. So I reattached my ecu in the car and the test tacho..the cable works and the swap is possible; so to do a swap on the bench you need to add something else: if anyone has any info they are welcome 💪🏻 Second question: has anyone managed to get the tacho lights on the bench to turn on? how did you do?

I've a register one version, and i can coding the immobilizer chip with no problem ad it work fine, but i can't swap the cluster pin on the try cluster. If i do the process in the cluster on my car i can do the correct proces and on the square i read the immo id

Hi, I'm writing from Italy. yesterday I connected everything as read here for a tacho polo 9n3 (same platform and electronics) everything works, I read the pin and changed the mileage with vag commander, I switch to the vcds lite 1.2 (cracked) and trying to change the immo of a tacho remedied in the wreckage for testing but I receive an error when I change the immo pin in channel 50. by any chance is it not possible to encode tacho on the bench or should something else be added in addition to the bmc and tacho? Thank you
