VCDS, the diagnostic tool? no Could it be, that the filling quantity is only 13 and not 18 L, so there is a problem with to much adblue?

I have several theories a) not actually adblue ( possible, but I dont think so) b) the filling quantity is only 13 and not 18 L, so there is a problem with to much adblue c) the adblue does not have the right quality d) it is an unfortunate coincidence and has nothing to do with the adblue

I ordered 10 liters of AdBlue from the internet and refilled it at 5000km range. It now shows a range of 11 km. The manual states that I should have a filling quantity of 18 liters. Is that correct, or is it 13 liters? Today, for the first time, I started driving and the following warning lights came on after 1-2 minutes: Diesel preheating system malfunction Exhaust gas control system malfunction Cruise control malfunction I suspect that this problem is related to refilling AdBlue. Otherwise, it would be a very unfortunate coincidence. Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?

I bought a used skoda kodiaq, so I am new to the space. I would like to firmeware upgrade my radio/nav. I am not 100% sure, but I think I have an Amundsen MIB2. In the attachment a picture of the radio and the system infos. Can anyone comfirm the Amundsen MIB2? ANd how and where can I find an update for the radio..any help is welcome.
