"Travel Mode" option disappeared from headlight settings
Thanks for the replies all. It's sounding like it was just a bug that I could originally see the Travel Mode option as I just have the standard LEDs. It also looks like I'm not the only one as SteveTheElder also has (had?) that option with standard LEDs. I'm on version 1941.

"Travel Mode" option disappeared from headlight settings
Interesting, so potentially it could have just been a bug in the first place that I could see that setting. Would be good to hear if anyone else says the same. That doesn't seem to be the case for me. I'm in Europe now and the headlight beam still looks the same as back in the UK.

"Travel Mode" option disappeared from headlight settings
I previously had the "Travel Mode" option under my headlight settings, which allowed me to switch between left-hand and right-hand traffic. While I never tested this functionality, I assumed it worked since the option was present. Recently, I encountered an unrelated issue with the infotainment system—I couldn’t register a new user. To resolve this, the Skoda garage reprogrammed the control unit. However, now some time later I’ve noticed that the "Travel Mode" option is missing from my headlight settings. Is this a known issue? How can I verify whether my car is supposed to have the "Travel Mode" feature, or if its presence earlier was a bug? Any thoughts from the community would be greatly appreciated!

Unable to log in to Skoda Connect via infotainment system
Got the car back today and surprisingly all's working now. The dealership took a couple of days to sort it because they had to email the Skoda technical team for guidance after hard resetting the device, etc, didn't work. I asked the guy what they did to fix it and he said the guidance from the Skoda technical team was initially to "update the MIB", but that didn't fix the problem. The next thing they tried was to "reprogram the control panel to make it think a new one had been installed" (paraphrased), and that worked. Not entirely sure what that means, but passing it on in case it helps someone. Regardless it does appear to require a dealership visit.

Unable to log in to Skoda Connect via infotainment system
I have been to a dealer, but they weren't able to sort it on the day as apparently their systems were down... I'm going back this week, I'll update on if they manage to sort it.

Unable to log in to Skoda Connect via infotainment system
I've just bought a 2021 Skoda Octavia SE L and I'm having some issues setting myself up as a primary user. Specifically, when I try and log in to my Skoda Connect account via the infotainment system it displays "Loading settings..." and then "Sorry, unable to load your settings.". I've tried factory resetting and Wi-Fi and neither of these have worked. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? The car's no longer in warranty, so I'd prefer to avoid a trip to the dealership. My System Information in case that helps: Device part number: 5E3035816H Hardware: H56 Software: 1941 Display unit/control panel hardware: H44 Display unit/control panel software: 2088 Navigation database: 19.7 Media Codec: 3.1.4
