  1. Thanks @Warrior193 I did supect that ould be the case. Happy to look at an aftermarket one just want to make sure there are no hidden gotchas down the road to think about.
  2. Hi @Zea thanks, Loved it on the test drive so just waiting for the right one to come up.
  3. Hi All. Im looking at getting a Superb iv, Think ive settled on spec etc 2021/2 SE, L, under 50k It will be the daily driver but also an occasional tow car, Caravan 1400kg so within the limits. I have seen lots of conflicting info online around cars not specked for towing at manufacture, additional cooling but with very few having a factory fitted towbar its a bit of a minefield, so... my questions to you all. I'm aware tha the weight plate must contain both the Maximum vehicle weight and gross train weight totalling up to 1600kg bit Is there anyting else i need to look for? I remember reading that towbar prep addis additional cooling somewhere, Am i safe to assume if it was plated to tow then this would be included? Finally, Ideally i would get a factory fit towbar but if i were to go with a 3rd party one with dedicated electrics / vehicle recode am i missing anything by going down this slightly cheaper route - other than having to kneel down and po the tow hook in when i want to use it. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi. Been lurking for a few weeks and finally getting around to registering. Looking at getting a Superb iv in the next few weeks so will probably be coming with lots of questions.
