Hello, Did you solve it?? I've bought a Octavia Mild Hybrid in December 2020 and I'm having the same issue. When this is happening also the "Audio" menu is not displayed on maxidot, and I can not control volume from steeringwheel. I've been in the last 2 years over 6-7 times in service with the car for this issue, they are saying that they can not replicate the issue during service visit (which is true, is appears randomly) but each time, they made a system update. I've wrote also to the factory in Czech Republic and they reply that is the Skoda local representative responsibility to fix it. Now I'm trying to find everyone that encounter this issue and make a claim.
