  1. True. And that is where I am getting stuck. 85 86 should throw up resistance in 50 _150 range and I'm getting about 70 in some and in relay no 429 getting 740. Will try and power up and hear the clicks. So far nothing.
  2. No clicking of relay when powered. Getting resistance though.
  3. The tray below the light switch gives direct access to relays. Just got those off. I opened everything before realising this. The relays are out. Resistance us there in-between 85 86 pin but no clicks when I power 30 and 87
  4. Brilliant. Once back home I will attempt this. Thanks
  5. This is promising. Let me attempt this
  6. damn, the page is visible for us Canada based ip. Can you post page 136?
  7. Thank you so much. Will verify this with the setup I have.
  8. Strange indeed. I suppose it never failed in any mk2 😀
  9. Your logic is correct though as the design layout of Fabia is relay in close proximity to fuse. Will work on this and report. Thanks Sure, will share on dm
  10. The issue I have is that there is no voltage in the fuel pump connector. Have checked fuses. In mk2 fabia 2hich fuses are related to the fuel line. I have conflicting numbers. Even if you indicate fuse rating I can check for those.
  11. Oh is it. I saw a video in which it was behind the half round panel which meets the door when shut. Do you have a reference image of where this could be. Dismantling the fuse unit is a big task and would want to venture there if certain about the location.
  12. They aren't to my surprise. I opened that side and got nothing. Will post an image of the same. This adds to the frustration as my door is jammed and nowmhave tomfixnthat tomget to the relays. Any tricks on hoe to release the cable for the lock
  13. Back to base and started working on the car. Supplied direct 12v to the fuel pump and it worked. Used connectors and insulation tape and a long wire to mitigate any spark situation. Will share images of the contraption. I suppose the relay is the issue. The left door is jammed and I believe the relays are to be accessed only after the door opens. Currently dismantling thendoor pad from inside to access the lock mechanism. Will spray some wd40 for it to ease. Any idea how to disengage the wire to the inside pull lever. I am worried about tugging the wrong chord.
  14. Much appreciate your help. Will explore and post here the findings.
  15. I suppose flying blind is the next stage. Will keep updating as I progress.
  16. Hope you guys had a look and can revert.
  17. Can someone indicate where are the Relays located in the MK2 model. Not able to clear information from the web. Thanks
  18. Yes Key in ON position. Did not remove that exact fuse but did remove some to test. I lead was connected to battery ground and then used the fuse top exposed end to measure the voltage. The reading a noted in the diagram posted above. Will remove the fuse and check again. Also, forgot to mention, the central locking and unlocking started randomly. Had to disconnect the battery to make it stop. Perhaps a contact is not proper somewhere.
  19. Key in Ignition in ON position. I measured at the fuse with a voltmeter. One was connected to batter ground and other to fuse head. I did not remove the fuse will do so and measure. Did remove some fuses randomly to check voltages and saw no difference but not this one specifically. Will measure and revert.
  20. Can you repost, not seeing any text in the message. Thanks
  21. As you can see the supply voltage is 4+ volts for the fuel pump fuse. Besides this another large junk is drawing nothing. Hope you guys can spot the issue and guide me here. Thanks
  22. Did exactly this, got the earth from battery and tested each fuse. Attached is an image noting the values. Blue ticks are blanks, green are 12+ volts and Red ones are the trouble values. Sincerely hope you guys can guide me and help locate the source of this problem. Thanks
  23. Will attempt this today. Was down for some time and will be able to do this today. No idea where the earth is in the Fabia, will look up the net and proceed. Expect an update today.
