I’ve been struggling with this since I picked up my new (to me) Superb iV. Mentioned it along with another infotainment issue and they updated the software but still no joy. Looks like I’ll be booking it in again, thanks for giving me hope that they can indeed fix it!

Hello, new to the forum and to Škoda ownership. Previously had a (tastefully) modified Golf Mk6 which was a hoot to drive, especially on track. But with two growing kids and a bad back it’s time to grow up, so the wife and I purchased a 2020 Superb iV. First big boy car for me being relatively new and bought from the main dealership, and so far it’s been terrific. Trying to get used to the transition from warm hatch to land yacht, but in Sport mode it’s definitely got enough to scratch the occasional itch. Anyway enough waffle, I look forward to sharing and gaining experience and wisdom here!
