New clutch slipping
Today I had my vehicle's own flywheel turned to 0.8 mm on the lathe, and in the same way the contact surface of the pressure plate was turned to 0.8. The craftsman who did the lathe made the measurement and decided to take 0.8 mm. I currently have a second-hand flywheel on my vehicle, I will reattach my own flywheel as soon as possible, I will share the developments here.

Yes, there is only one bolt holding the fork on the shaft and the bush is on the top, there is no bush at the bottom.

New clutch slipping
Even if I want the middle plate, I can't put it upside down. It touches the bolts on the flywheel and doesn't touch the surface, it stays in the air.

You may have said it was damaged because it looks a little shiny, but there is no wear and tear, it is smooth.

There is no adjustment mechanism on the fork. When the bearing is not installed, it slides down a little as in the photo, but when it is installed on the bearing, it aligns anyway. When you check it in neutral without installing the gearbox, the bearing moves easily onto the socket pole shaft without getting stuck at all.

New clutch slipping
clutch release system as seen in the picture, after installing everything, when I move the iron to which the rope is attached with my hand, I feel that the bearing is in contact with the pressure spring, when I install the rope in its place, I only tighten it to close the gap, I do not do extra tension

I am absolutely sure that there is no oil because I have disassembled the gearbox 4 times and it looks clean every time.

New clutch slipping
Hello, I installed the new clutch pad set and now I went on a long journey. I traveled 1200 km. The clutch slips again while driving. 1.2. The gears accelerate without shifting unless the road is too steep. 3.4.5. In gears, it slips when you give sudden gas on slight hills, but when you press the gas pedal slowly, the slip decreases. When I first set out on the road, I was hoping that the brake pad would get used to the flywheel after 1200 km, but it did not happen. I hope the pad gets used to the flywheel on the return of the same road. By the way, there is a situation that I cannot understand, for example, when going downhill in 5th gear without pressing the accelerator pedal, the revs go up to 5000-6000, with a slight touch of the accelerator pedal, it reaches 3000 revs, while it continues like this for a while, the revs go up to 5000-6000 again, by pressing the brake, the revs decrease. I want to see it, but it doesn't decrease proportionally with the braking, it decreases very late. I wonder if I should look for the clutch slipping somewhere else. I think there might be a problem in the gearbox. I can't find out how the gearbox could cause this. As I mentioned above, when going downhill, I think the increase in speed may be due to the ignition system malfunction, but in normal driving, everything is normal. I hope I can get a solution as soon as possible.

New clutch slipping
The new clutch was sold as a set and the code on it confirms that it belongs to this vehicle. There is no way to install the friction disc upside down, I tried it, the middle protrusion part touches the flywheel bolts and you cannot replace the pressure plate in this way, it is immediately obvious that something is wrong. I am about to receive the Sacsh brand clutch set. I will replace all of them again this weekend. The friction disc, pressure plate and pressure bearing. I hope it will not slip this time. I have a travel plan of approximately 2500 km. If it slips, I have to go uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Fuel consumption also increases considerably.

New clutch slipping
I may be expressing it incorrectly because I use Google translate. I attach the cable exactly as you said. When the bearing almost or slightly touches the pressure plate, I stop tightening the nut at the end of the cable. When the clutch does not shift at low speed, I slowly press the clutch pedal. It is almost separated in the middle. If I had brought the bearing too close to the pressure plate, I think it should have separated as soon as I lightly pressed the pedal.

The diaphragm spring and release bearing are also new, the release bearing can move smoothly. When I move the release lever after installing the gearbox, I can hear it sliding smoothly and hitting the diaphragm spring. I stop adjusting the cable when there is enough space for it to touch the bearing.

New clutch slipping
It is just a cable that allows adjusting the pedal gap. As I tighten the screw on it, the release bearing starts to come into tighter contact with the diaphragm spring. I just let it touch and stop tightening the screw when the gap runs out.

New clutch slipping
Since the articles were scrolling, I am writing that they were deleted after editing the topic. Hello I am using a 1994 Skoda Forman, I felt the clutch was slipping during a long journey, and I drove the last 600 kilometers of the journey like this. I bought a new clutch set, domestically produced in my country. There were slight cracks and shine on the flywheel surface. I cleaned the surface without processing and installed it. By the way, the old clutch I removed from it was not bad either. When I tested it with the new clutch set, I saw that it was slipping again. I used it like this for 50-100 km, nothing changed. I decided to fix the flywheel surface on the lathe. I disassembled it again and took the flywheel to the workshop. Some sawdust was removed from the surface. In the same way, sawdust was removed from the pressure plate connection surface. I put it back together, and the result is disappointing. It slips again. , I decided to buy a flywheel, thinking that the flywheel was not processed well, but the new one is not available in my country. I found a used flywheel. The condition looked good. The seller claimed that it was removed from a running engine. I bought it. I installed the flywheel and put it together. There was no shifting in 1st and 2nd gear, but when I suddenly pressed the gas in other gears, the tachometer needle suddenly jumped to 5000. - It reaches 6000 rpm, but the vehicle does not accelerate at all, it was holding on to the accelerator pedal slowly. I drove for 300 kilometers on a winding road with lots of hills, thinking that maybe the clutch would get used to it, but nothing changed. I can go up the steepest hills in 1st gear without any problems, but on these very steep hills I cannot accelerate and shift to 2nd gear. . I adjusted the clutch cable to the same distance as the brake pedal. What am I missing? Finally, I started to think that the clutch set is of poor quality. I ordered the SACHS brand, it has not arrived yet, I will install it when it arrives, but I am afraid that it will not be there again. I am also attaching the photos of the used flywheel and its assembly that I just bought. Is there something I did wrong? Or is the problem somewhere else? Also, when I go downhill in gear, after a few seconds, the rev needle suddenly rises, the engine noise increases, and when I lightly touch the gas pedal, the rev level returns to normal. Thanks in advance for your answers
