  1. Haven't looked into it wasn't a priority but I'll get to it soon.
  2. I just bought one from eBay, searched for part number 045957147B.
  3. Literally no fault codes apart from a cruise control fault. Never died while driving but only had it a short time so maybe just hasn't had the time to happen. Getting the timing belt changed this weekend so just ordered a cam shaft sensor to put in while in there, will let you know if it fixes it, thanks.
  4. Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section or whatever but literally just made an account to make this post as this is the first issue that I can't find a post where it's been resolved. I've found a lot of posts where people have trouble starting after engine warms up, but seems that most of them have trouble starting at all, instead of instantly stalling after starting like normal like mine does. When starting from cold, RPMs jump up to around 1000 like normal, then down to around 900 where it idles. After the engine warms up/been started a few times, starts quickly as normal but RPMs only jump up to around 700/800, where it dies after half a second. I can overcome this by continuing to crank the key for about 3 seconds, and it'll idle normally. Car will also frequently drop about 50 revs at idle and then jump back up quickly a few times per minute. I've already replaced the coolant temp sensor as that seemed to get recommended a lot when I looked it up, and recently cleaned EGR valve. No relevant fault codes in VCDS. Please let me know if you have an idea of what it could be, thanks!
