  1. Superb iV 2021 - Infotainment Update

    Due to a buggy factory firmware 0270 (Black screens, audio dropouts and no navigation map updates), i received in 2021 an update to 0276 from the dealer for my S3iV MIB3-Amundsen (model year 2021) (still with the zero emission display). Afterwards, I updated myself via 0308 (removing the zero emission display) to 0324. So far, I haven't received any OTA firmware updates to 0330 or 0332. Connect services are paid, and navigation map updates are regularly delivered OTA, as are other "minor" updates. Last year, the factory firmware 0035 of the OCU had a software error. The dealer updated it to 0143. Luckily, this was still within the 5-year warranty period. However, none of the alleged OTA updates - Campaign 03A6 (OCU-FW 0306) or 03A9 (OCU-FW 0311) - have been received for the OCU either. I suspect that the two OCU campaigns are also intended to fix the 2/3G issue for the MIB3 devices.
