I still have not been able to get this fixed or even diagnosed. The service shop reset my gearbox's electronics, but that did not help. For now, I'm just driving with music on and volume on high.

It's a 2.0 / TDI Automatic 85 kW front-wheel drive. I bought the car from a Skoda dealer in 2021 (new). Right now, it has 88,000 km, but I started to hear the sound at around 60000km. I don't hear the sound every time. In my case, I don't think it's cold vs. warm, but how much I accelerate. Usually, when I'm dynamically accelerating around the corner, the car shifts from 3rd to 4th gear is when I hear it. At the service shop, I asked them to change the oil in the gearbox, but they told me this gearbox does not have an oil replacement interval and that it should never be changed.
