They are Dunlop mud & snow tyres. 94H yes, I will need to carry snow chains but hope not to have to fit them

Hi I have a 2013 Superb 1.8 Tsi Still have the original 18" wheels and 225/40/R18 tyres which give a very hard ride as many have said. I'm looking to buy some snow tyres to drive to the alps so I popped into my local main dealer to check but they weren't that helpful other than confirming the offset of 7.50 x 18 ET46. I don't know that much about these numbers but I've been offered a set of wheels and tyres from a 2016 Skoda Yeti, described as 5 stud wheels, PCD 5x112, Tyres fitted 205/55 R16 The seller says they will fit my Superb. Can anyone confirm this or offer any helpful advice. TYVM
