I disconnceted the connector Pete posted above "036103464AH" and now my steering wheel is working. I bought a new 036103464AH and replaced with the old one. Now my steering wheel still works! Thank you so much Pete. Mechanics in my area had no other idea than chaning the power steering motor.

Hi, I had the same issue with this plastic part. My mechanic changed it with a new one and my power steering fuse is now immediately blowing up when i turn the key on. Have you found a solution for your problem? Also, I used a multimeter in buzzer mode and checked the fusebox terminal. Even without the fuse, there is a short circuit between terminals
