I get the same error with Finland psf file around 10% if I ignore it then I get a few more extracting errors related to some image files around the 90-95% extraction completion. Bit risky for me to try when I am getting around 10 files that won't extract properly, but I have messaged Skoda to see if they can look into it. Thanks guys will give it a shot and report back, I’ve seen the plastic trim that can be removed to get to the nuts. However I don’t seem to have anything long enough to get to remove the nut they seem quite deep on the thread. Will attempt to get something that has better reach.

Sorry to reply on an old thread but I have the exact same problem with the inner led tail lights, does anyone have a guide or know the best way to remove the lights? Thanks
