Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update
Hi all or more specifically the guru @pab567, I've entered my software train into mib - helper. com MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0456T - Skoda Bolero / Amundsen firmware I can't download the software as mibsolutione site is not working. How can I download the required latest software? Also can I go straight from P0456T to P0480T or do I need to upgrade in stages? Sorry, new to this and don't want to brick my unit. Thanks

When to replace battery?
Do I need VCDS or OBD Eleven to update the battery info when changing the battery? Or can I do it through an old OBD2 dongle with the car scanner pro app which I have to hand?

Infotainment Firmware Updates & More
Hi everyone. Looking to update my MIB2 software following the guide on the MIB helper website. Currently on software version P0456T, the site says version P0480T is the latest version.... the video guides I've watched say that there will be a B201A fault code recorded once I update and the only way to clear the fault is to generate a new code and apply using OBD eleven. Is this a big issue if the fault code is not cleared as I don't have OBD eleven? I do have a bog standard Bluetooth OBD2 reader, is this any use in this instance? Thanks for any support

My old OBD2 reader returned no fault codes. Guess my next step is to locate it under the bonnet or get a better diagnostic tool 🤣

New Owner - Auto stop/start and Sound actuator help needed
1. That's dissapointing because its very annoying 2. I can't seem to find a volume adjustment for it, can only see cofort, normal or sport option in the individual driving mode setting. "FYI - it sounds rubbish, don't bother....leave it off!" I can imagine it being rubbish, I just wanted to judse that for myself 😄 Where do I find the unit to see if it's been unplugged? Would it being unplugged show up during diagnostic? I have a bog standard OBD2 reader, not going to spend big on VCDS or OBDEleven for such a trivial issue.

New Owner - Auto stop/start and Sound actuator help needed
Helo all. I'm a new owner of a 2017 facelift Octavia VRS Tdi estate so please be gentle. 2 weeks in and I'm really happy with the purchase, will never go back to a manual now that I have a DSG Anyway, a couple of things that are bugging me and require experienced members input: 1. Is there a way to reverse the default setting of the auto stop/start to be defaulted to off rather than on? 2. Are the engine sound actuators known to be faulty? I've tried all three settings in the individual driving mode but no difference in sound. Would the previous owner have disabled it possibly? Thanks for any support
