The bulbs are there and there is wire coming from them. Is it normal for them to install the bulbs but not wire them? Seems odd to me.... If they aren't wired would it be possible to have them wired?

Here I have attached a photo. Circled is the top leg of the fuses for the drls and heated mirrors and as you can see there is no connector. (the red wire is just a dashcam that is wired into the cigarette lighter. You can ignore it)

In the fusebox the drls and the heated mirror fuses both only have 1 leg. There is drls in the car (next to the fog lights). Whenever the switch for them is on they dont work. Looked at the fusebox and the fuses 17(drls) and 18(heated mirrors) have only one leg wired. Is it possible to wire this up so these work?
