    On my end I have another appointment with my dealer this Friday I will report back with what happened. In my case it does fail sometimes with just Spotify playing and no phone navigation. The most annoying thing is I have to bring video evidence because there is no fault code in the head unit. There debugging / logging in there infotainment system is a joke.

    I have a 2023 Skoda scala and I have the same issue. It reboots every 30 min and my Skoda dealer has applied the latest software and still happening. I have tried it with iPhone and Android same story. What do you guys recon how should I approach this with my dealer? I have this for a year now and super annoying. I can't use it at all because how unreliable and dangerous it is to do anything during driving.
