Error with the key fob, all sorted 😀

My boot opens automatically when I press the boot button on the bit and closes when I press the boot button on the boot. When I press the boot on the key fob the lights flash but it does not open

Mine is skoda superb estate 1.4 TSI iv SE L DSG 5dr

I've just purchased my skoda superb estate hybrid. The boot button on the key fob and centre consol does not open the boot. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it? Also does the 2021 model have the virtual button under the boot ie wave your foot under boot?
