I'm going to the Netherlands next month in my 2025 Superb SEL. Do I need the stickers for my headlights or will the lights automatically adjust for European driving?

My 2024 Superb SE-L has seat memory function. What normally happens is I get into the car and it remembers my seat position, lumbar support setting etc. However in recent days when I get in, it moves into position, but I have to press the "1" button to get the final tweaks sorted. I may have changed a setting accidentally, but is there a way to auto do this or it is a software update that's meant I now have to press 1?

My Superb has done just less than 7,000miles and is coming up saying oil is low. The sticker on the inside of the bonnet says "VW508 00, VW509 00 SAE 0W-20" Any advice as to which is best? It's a 1.5L Petrol hybrid (not plug-in) Thanks

It used to change but for some reason it's not doing it any more

I seem to have an issue with the smart climate setting on my car. The setting should allow you to change from smart climate to warm hands, warm feet etc. However when I try and change it using the middle smart dial it won't change. On the main air con screen I can select the warm feet etc buttons. Is it faulty or am I just doing something wrong?

My car went in to Skoda the other day for a repair following an accident with a deer. They did the ACC set button as apparently some hadn't been working. Mine had, but glad to know it's done.

That's really interesting. The ventilation must be working on mine as it does stop me getting a sweaty back, but I often don't feel it much, which is what I'm used to and would prefer. Air-con in mine works perfectly though.

I have a 2025 SEL Superb hatchback. I love the car but there's one thing I'm less keen on. This is my 3rd car now with ventilated seats and it's something I now look for - perfect on hot days. However, the ones in the Superb seem very weak. In previous cars I've been able to feel cooling on my back but in this it just seems to take the edge off the heat a bit. Is this just the case on these cars or is my faulty? I usually have the cooled seat on max but it's just not as powerful as I'm used to or would like

Driving home last night a deer ran into the road and hit my car. I've been very fortunate as I think it's just the grill which is cracked. The bumper seems fine and the radar sensor in the grill looks fine. Is it an easy job to diy replace a grill or is it best to get Skoda to do it? It's a 2025 Superb

Just as a way of update, I went back to the car an hour or so later and it was working normally. Not sure what happened but thankfully it was just a glitch

Yes - I tried that. When I press and hold for a second I get a message on the digital dial to say the infotainment screen is switched off. Then when I press again it turns the radio back on. But just not the screen

I have a 2025 Superb. I got back in the car having nipped to the Post Office and the infotainment screen is black. The radio is still working and if I press the speech recognition button I can use that but the screen is totally black. Any ideas? I switched the car off and on a few times but no difference. I'll give it an hour or so and try again but in the meantime I wondered if anyone knows a solution?

This happened to me last night. I've had the car for almost 2 months and driven 1600 miles and not had it happen before. But I was at a roundabout, not too close to the line and was not going too fast. The other cars on the roundabout were all driving normally. The emergency brake slammed on. It was quite frightening as in that instance, because I wasn't expecting it, I panicked slightly for a split second until I realised what it was. Fortunately I had seen this thread already so I knew what it was. To be fair, if it had been a real collision situation then I'd have been very grateful as it stopped instantly - the system clearly works well for that. But when it was a false collision it wasn't pleasant. The seatbelt does hold you tight!

So I rang Skoda and miraculously it's now working! Not sure how much it costs to have all the time so I may not bother after the trial but it's a nice to have for now

Mine works fine, but if the phone isn't central in the dock, it won't change. But when I position it correctly it is fine

So I've been to my car and a notification came up to say that ambient lighting add-on would be active when I next switch the engine on. So engine off and back on again. Now when I go to ambient lighting I can't change colours and I don't know how to access the updated colours etc. I don't know if there's meant to be a different menu? All very strange.

I need to try it in my car, but on the app it still says the trial is "pending" so will have to see if it works.

I tried the app today and the ambient colour option is there. I've opted for the month trial to see if it's actually worth paying for or not
