  1. My 2004 Fabia 1.2 died on me just past Swindon on the M4 at 55 mph- not nice, especially when it was raining. Cost an arm and a leg to have it towed back home. Before its sudden death, the red engine management light came on, shortly followed by the yellow oil light, then nowt. No fault lights now, but still won't start. Splashed out on a Xtool scanner, and it showed DTC000522 (no communication with ECM), however, I can use the scanner to toot the horn, lights and locks. Tested all the fuses - OK, especially No.56, but can't find the ECM relay as mentioned by another post. Need pointers to possible causes. Thanks
