    Thank you everyone. I tried iphone and had same problem. It fails to make connection so I think I best return it and get another one. Thanks for the recommendation

    I have a 2017 model. Using a cable android auto works perfectly on my phone to the screen. I bought the Byteware wireless adaptor so I don't have to plug the phone in all the time and I can't get it to connect. Anyone else have same issues? According to the manual WiFi must be turned on Bluetooth turned on. This is correct. The issue is my Samsung s20 plus keeps.looking for the adaptor and can't find it. The screen message in car then says Connection Failed.
