  1. I found what makes that sound. It’s the part in the picture. It seems to be some kind of flap or something like that. I guess it’s part of the AdBlue system, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know what it is? I noticed that it doesn’t fully close or open. Instead, it makes a clicking/rattling sound, which seems to come from the flap moving. When I gently touch it by hand, the whole thing shifts a little and the exhaust sound becomes quieter. Normally, my exhaust is constantly hissing — similar to the sound when the DPF is regenerating. So, the rattling sound and the hissing from the exhaust are caused by this part that doesn’t fully open or close. Does anyone know what it is and what I can do about it?
  2. Thanks for the tip! I'm not a professional or very experienced — is there an easy way to check this baffles ? Thank you
  3. Hi, I’d like to kindly ask for your help with this issue. My Octavia 2.0 TDI 110 kW is making a strange clinking sound coming from somewhere around the exhaust system. I tried to capture it on video, which you can find at this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1U8YQ8knldjYuLvzh2yBrkacl3si0e99H/view?usp=sharing Would anyone happen to know what might be causing this? There are no error messages showing up. The car has around 100,000 km on it. Thanks in advance for any response.
