  1. According to Skoda website only certain models are compatible see picture.
  2. Update: been to dealer who wanted to see the car and understand the issue. It transpires that my phone is not compatible with smart link, since looked on Skoda website and this appears to be true. I have Samsung A15 . Am getting it diagnosed by them at end of July regarding other issues, delay due to holidays.
  3. Thanks for this. Not bought from a skoda dealer but am in conversation with one to try to get to the bottom of the issues. Cheers all
  4. Im a new owner of a 2021 Mk4 hybrid. Have now got 2 keys after spendibg almost £300 as could not log in as owner with 1 key. Now that im in and on the app I cannot access SmartLink or Satnav and cruise control isnt on menu. Dealer says mine cannot have access to SmartLink. Any ideas?
  5. Hi everyone New Octavia owner, just bougt a used 21 plate Hybrid and tearing my hair out trying to connect Android Auto. Car was only supplied with 1 key so cannot register car to the Skoda system without a £300 spend on another key. Any advice welcome please.
