I turned g-meter on by using obd11 and it succeeded but i can’t make it appear and use it is there any one know how to do it

Is tgere any patch allow cockpit vrs them and fec codes for mib3 1985 version or the oldest versions also if it available for oldest version can i do downgrade for the software
