    Hello was wondering if someone could help me please? My Smartlink stopped working about a week ago on my Skoda Karoq se 2019 was wondering if there is an update for it and how to do it because according to the Skoda website a update doesn't exist , ive tried all options removing connection, new wire , resetting system absolutely no joy. this is what it says? when i click update. please any advice would be really appreciated. Device number : 5Q0035842C Software : 0475
