If it makes you feel any better, my car comes equipped with the remote park assist and I've only used it once. It constantly fails and backs out of the maneuvers. Fine for a party trick but it's not that useful.

Hi, simple one but have you clicked the little "on" button just below the screen. Caught me out a few times when I first started driving mine.
