Hello, I’d like to buy an Octavia Mk3 and would appreciate some help. As I understand it, at some point in the model’s life a petrol particulate filter (PPF) was added to the 1.4-litre engine. I suspect 2018(ish). Is this true? If so, how can we distinguish between cars that have a filter and those that don’t? Thanks for your help.

Hello, A little help would be appreciated. Does the 1.5 TSI ACT engine have a wet or dry timing belt? I’ve done some research, but I’m getting conflicting information and would like a definitive answer before I buy a car. Thanks in advance.
