    Hi can anyone tell me how to release the dsg shifter. Timing chain has skipped and I'm having it taken to a garage on a flat bed. I've got the cover off but can't see any mechanism to release

    Hi all. New to this forum. I have a 2016 Superb 280 tsi 4x4 sport line. When driving home from work tonight I had a sudden judder, the eml light flashed then disappeared then another sudden judder flashed and disappeared again and then appears to have gone into limp mode. I stopped and turned it off. Started back up and lights were out. Attempted to drive off and had the judder again and flashing eml and put itself back into limp mode. Got it home and now eml stays on (solid) and has a rough idle. Planning to call the RAC to plug it in but any thoughts welcome 84k on the clock.
