Thanks again, mine seems to have reconnected today so that’s a plus and the screen did switch to daytime in bright sun but on,y for a few minutes. Can I ask where is the setting for the screen? I had a quick dig around this morning before going out but didn’t have time enough to find it. Thank you once again! 🙏

Thanks that’s very helpful - I did wonder about sensitivity as it was fine, I will dig around in the menu to find the setting. 👍 Subscription still live as it expires at end of three year warranty. Cheers

Over the last week my Nav seems to have stuck in dark mode and I noticed the app hasn’t updated from the car since Wednesday. I’ve tried a system reboot without success and I tried to check for updates using the menu option but the screen says unable to start app updates. Any suggestions or ideas would be very welcome before I have to spend hours at the dealership. 24 plate Karoq Sportline 2.0 Thanks
