I changed my head unit to another one with the same part number amd managed to install the newest firmware on it. The thing is that now the volume button doesn't work. Its stuck on mute and wont move when I try to turn it up through the button or the screen. Do you know anything about that @pab567 ?

@pab567 Will resoldering also fix my unit not accepting the sd card with firmware from skoda dealership or my own sd card? Both keep saying "unable to read the release information file. error when reading/opening the file. metainfo2.txt"

Hi, im quite new too this but I had my car at a skoda dealership to fix my mib not having any sound except for the parking sensors. Long story short they tried to update the firmware but failed. The conclusion was that I need a new head unit, but they werent able to get me a new one. My current head unit is a harman mib 5E0 035 020 A and I found a used 5E0 035 020 C. Do anyone know if I can buy this one and just plug & play?
