After switch off, If you move wipers lever to down position one time, it will go to service position, when you get in after swich on move lever to up position to get out of service position. maybe your hand touch or there is something wrong about the lever.

@carius I will try formatting if I could format only navigation database not something else via odb11. Do you know how safe it is? I already do not have warranty on my car. I used service menu, enter red engineering menu by long pressing menu button, car recognised the firmware but always it took 2-3 minutes for about 9 gb update, After reboot it says update successfull but after update, firmware version do not change.. maybe I need to open the hood while updating, but I don't mind old firmware version. Just want to see navigation system working again.

Hi everyone, I bought used octavia 2021 mk4, In my country they do not come with navigation activated, so I paid a 3rd party to activate navigation. It was working great but I wanted to update navigation database because it had version 21, from official skoda site downloaded the latest version, (2023 version was avaivable as far as I remember). Navigation database was updated after 2 or 3 days after I left my usb stick on the car usb port. After that I unpluged the usb stick. Navigation was working fine for 2-3 months after I unplug the usb drive. Sometimes navigation won't open but after I reset the multimedia or on the next trip it was working fine. One day navigation stopped working, It says "navigation loading" on the screen constantly, when I checked the navigation database version, It was blank. So I went to the 3rd party that activated my navigation. He couldn't fix it, tried to install base navigation database from some forum, (I guess from here). I already long pressed the shut down button, tried to install base navigation version, tried to update firmware, nothing works, I also can't update firmware. Release version: MOI3_EU_SK_R7880L software version: 1788 From obd11 device I get no navigation database error, after I updated the database I get navigation database malfunctioning error "B126CF0" I guess if I could format the navigation database it will sort out but I don't know how..
