Hey i did take both keys but the problem is still here. Idk what to do about it but actually I’m trying to update the car offline with a usb stick so I will wait till it’s done.

I am trying to update the system offline because it can update online rn. But I did everything you said but nothing work and I did login out of my account but it can’t reconnect to it. I put the right password and id’s but it won’t let me connect to it

Hey everyone So I have a problem on my Skoda octavia mk4. When I try to create a user on my dashboard, no matter what I try when i am login in to my Skoda app everything works perfectly but when I am trying to connect to my dashboard ( everything is normal with my id and password (no caps), there is a message showing saying that it can’t connect to it. The car is turned on and I have connected it to a strong WiFi connection though. And without the account the car can’t create a user. Please can someone help me with this issue 🙏
