  1. Richard, Thanks for that. Not sure I will let a 3rd party app into the car system, but I assume the garage can set the temp memory settings when they do the next service, if I tell them how!! I'm still trying to get a straight answer out of Skoda about my queries. I'll post their comments when/if I get something that works/useful. David
  2. Richard, Yes that is what I mean, the 22C displayed at start up. I have tried holding down one or both of the +/- buttons at the desired temperature, which can sometimes work, but in this case the temp keeps reducing. The car does temporarily remember the desired temp, but after about a 30 min stop it reverts to 22C. Any further tips most welcome. I'm going to go to local VW dealer and hassle them about a manual for Maps + More - probably won't do me any good, but they may have a workshop manual. David
  3. Richard & ATG, Thank you very much for your help. I have got the VW Maps & More working very easily - what was going through Skoda's head with their system. 3 questions: Do you know where I can get a manual for the app? It's useful to understand their terminology properly. I have looked online to no avail. Do I need to tell my home charger that I am actually driving an e-Up so it talks to the app/car? Is it possible to control the default temperature with the app? I can't see any sign that it has that functionality. I may give it another go with the MySkoda app, but I think Skoda Help need a bit more hassling before I give up with them :). Thanks David
  4. I have recently bought a used Citigo iV SE L. I have spent the best part of 4 weeks trying to connect it to the MySkoda app to no effect. Skoda Help have sent me a variety of vague and frequently out of date instructions, often referring to the Skoda Connect Portal which no longer exists and asking me to do things that are not options on the car system. They haven't sent me the excuse you have received - yet! To say that I am hacked off with them would be an understatement. Their attitude is very cavalier. So yes, others have this problem. I am fortunate that I don't have to charge my car overnight, as without the Skoda app working the Ohme Home Pro charger doesn't know the state of charge of the car. Skoda are in extreme danger of losing a frequent, previously very happy, customer (this is our 4th Skoda).
