  1. Hi, don’t worry, it looks like it’s an issue with your Android system… nothing to worry about. By the way, since they replaced my 5F module, I haven’t had any problems with audio dropouts. Best regards.
  2. Good evening, It has the same hardware and software versions, which suggests that the issue was with the unit itself. The only change I noticed is that the Wi-Fi SSID used to be “Skoda 7402”, whereas now it is “MyMib 660”. Everything else is the same.
  3. Good afternoon, A couple of days ago, I finally had the 5F module replaced. I had to wait for a while because the part was out of stock. Since it was replaced, I've used the car for almost 3 hours (2 hours and 50 minutes, to be exact) with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and FM radio, and I haven't experienced a single audio cutout or any other issues. At the moment I'm only testing it using a wired connection, but it used to fail that way as well before the replacement. So, if you're experiencing a similar problem, this is definitely something worth asking your dealer to check, as replacing the 5F module appears to have fixed it. Thanks everyone, and best regards!
  4. Good evening, I would like to inform you that after speaking several times with my dealership, they are going to replace the 5F infotainment module in order to solve the issue with the audio micro-cutouts, since it happens with all sources (radio, USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cable, etc.). It will take a few weeks before they do the replacement, but once I receive the car back and test it, I will let you know the result. Best regards.
  5. Okay, thanks. We’ll stay in touch if there are any updates
  6. Good morning, It is possible that this is the latest update (which one do you have?). If that is the case, the dealership will not be able to do much to fix it, and unfortunately we will have to wait for the next update. Please write any news here. Thank you.
  7. Good evening, It doesn’t seem to be the same error, since I also get those errors via USB. Even so, I’ll let you know when I find out something new
  8. It happens to me less often via USB, but it still happens like it does to you. Let me know tomorrow how it goes.
  9. What year is the car? It doesn’t seem like the same problem; it may be similar, but not the same.
  10. Of course, you can count on it. Is your car the same one, with the same software version? Does it also happen when using the radio and USB?
  11. Good morning! What’s the problem?
  12. How many km have you done so far? I didn’t notice at first either
  13. Well, it’s strange because it even happens to me on the radio. How long have you had the car? There’s another user on the forum who has had the car for about two months and has the same problem. Could it be a problem with the Canton amplifier or something like that?
