  1. Good evening, I would like to inform you that after speaking several times with my dealership, they are going to replace the 5F infotainment module in order to solve the issue with the audio micro-cutouts, since it happens with all sources (radio, USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cable, etc.). It will take a few weeks before they do the replacement, but once I receive the car back and test it, I will let you know the result. Best regards.
  2. Okay, thanks. We’ll stay in touch if there are any updates
  3. Good morning, It is possible that this is the latest update (which one do you have?). If that is the case, the dealership will not be able to do much to fix it, and unfortunately we will have to wait for the next update. Please write any news here. Thank you.
  4. Good evening, It doesn’t seem to be the same error, since I also get those errors via USB. Even so, I’ll let you know when I find out something new
  5. It happens to me less often via USB, but it still happens like it does to you. Let me know tomorrow how it goes.
  6. What year is the car? It doesn’t seem like the same problem; it may be similar, but not the same.
  7. Of course, you can count on it. Is your car the same one, with the same software version? Does it also happen when using the radio and USB?
  8. Good morning! What’s the problem?
  9. How many km have you done so far? I didn’t notice at first either
  10. Well, it’s strange because it even happens to me on the radio. How long have you had the car? There’s another user on the forum who has had the car for about two months and has the same problem. Could it be a problem with the Canton amplifier or something like that?
  11. I’m waiting for the dealership to get back to me about the update (it seems it’s not available yet). Apart from that, the car is amazing — power, fuel consumption, DCC, etc. U know which post talks about the sound issue update?
  12. Good morning, Is anyone with a new vRS with this hardware and software, equipped with a Canton sound system, experiencing 0.5-second audio dropouts? A few of us on the forum are having this issue, and we’d like to know whether it’s related to the infotainment system or the Canton amplifier. Hardware H11 Software 2768 Display unit / control panel hardware H24 Display unit / control panel hardware 266 Thx
  13. Coincidentally, this afternoon the dealership contacted me. They informed me that they have an internal notice stating that they are aware of the issue and are working on an update for the MIB/ICAS3. They will let me know when it is ready to be installed. I will inform you when I have more details.
  14. Good afternoon, I’ve tried everything—wireless, wired… but the sound still cuts out, even on the radio and via USB. It fails in every case. I’m talking with the dealership to see if they can sort it out.
  15. Thanks for replying. You have the same software and hardware as I do — does the same thing happen to you with the audio micro-cuts, for example when using Spotify? Thanks
  16. Congratulations on your new VRS, the color is fabulous. Could you tell me which hardware and software version you have in the infotainment system? Thx
  17. Any news from your dealership, or any updates?” By the way, happy holidays!
  18. Thank you for the response. Does anyone know if this car ( octavia rs ) receives OTA updates?
  19. Good morning, It seems to be the combination of H11 hardware and 2768 software. Another forum user is experiencing the same issue. Is there any version later than 2768? Is this updated via OTA, or does it have to be done manually? Thx
