  3. Thanks. That might make a bit more sense to me if i open up the back and look at the wires. Not sure what I'm looking for really... Something burnt out or bad connection?
  4. Yes - that comes on when I pop the boot using the manual override. So I guess it's not some kind of fuse or relay then...?

  7. Hi. My tailgate switch stopped working and I took it off and saw that there was still power coming to the plug - I could connect the terminals and open the lock. So I ordered a new switch. In the time it took to arrive, something must have shorted out as now there isn't any power. None of the fuses under the dash have blown. Is there a relay or something else that needs replacing? I can't seem to find anything online that relates to this so would be grateful for any help. Thanks!
