    Hi, I have also had problems with my Columbus unit, and I am also not technically minded. Downloading, and updating are well past my technical abilities. Eventually, I tracked down SNS (Satnav systems) sent off the email enquiry and booked the car in for a "fix while you wait" No phone number (they would be swamped !), I dealt with Hamid, absolutely first class customer service Hope this helps Geoff
