Hi @Breezy_Pete, doesn't this rule apply to cars built in 2021 and onwards?? Not looking to splurge with money, just wanna keep the car running well and be reliable :) as its so far

Hi everyone, I need your help and guidance. I have a 2016 Skoda Octavia Scout 2.0 TDI 183Hp . I bought the car in 2022 at 64k miles - Timing belt + water pump were changed at 62k miles(2021). Now the car is approaching 5 years since the timing belt was changed, and I reached 93k miles . The car hasn't done 50k miles yet since last replacement, but according to the service book, it's 50k miles or 5 years. Should I do this work? I have been quoted by 1 garage in London - Mitcham, 1840 GBP for a full major service, and one from Reading, 1400GBP Filters, Oils, Haldex, and Timing belt. Are these right...or am I being ripped off?
