I just bought a 2023 VRS estate and have found the same issue. Both headlights cracked across the top. Took it to the local Skoda dealer who did a full report and sent it off to Skoda Ireland. They checked for impact damage, paint thickness, etc. and confirmed that the car had not been in an impact. Skoda Ireland came back and said that because the bonnet adjusters were fully in, they reckoned someone had closed the bonnet too hard, causing the cracked headlamps and said it wouldn't be covered. Next stop is to go directly to Skoda Customer Care as it's clearly a design flaw (confirmed after reading this thread). Has anyone successfully had them replaced? I've been quoted €3000 from the dealer.
